Through menstrual health education, access to sustainable period products, and community outreach programmes, Mongato Foundation works to ensure that no girl or woman is forced to choose between basic needs and her dignity. We believe that menstrual health is not a luxury — it is a human right.
Our work goes beyond distribution. We engage communities, schools and partners to break stigma, educate openly, and build long-term solutions that empower girls to stay in school and women to participate fully in society.
