2026 marks the start of a journey that is rooted in shared belief that meaningful change begins with action.

The past year has seen us establish Mongato Foundation, with a clear vision to creating a lasting impact in the lives of girls and women.

We advocate for an Africa where everyone enjoys sanitary indignity.

Mongato Foundation is a non-profit organisation that promotes sanitary dignity through innovative and environmentally sustainable solutions through partnerships in Africa.

Together, we are taking meaningful steps towards changing how menstrual health and hygiene are perceived; and creating a better understanding toward restoring the dignity, respect, honor and equity of young girls and women.

The year ahead urges us to move onward with purpose – the Foundation and our partners, as a team, must work together to change the lives of girls and women in South Africa, and across the beautiful African continent, enhancing the dignity of all by providing quality menstrual hygiene products.

My wish for everyone is a prosperous 2026 where we all join hands towards a great future.

Let us continue to walk this journey together, confident in our collective ability to shape a brighter future.
